Incredible oceanfront mansion in Bridgehampton is yours for $34M

Incredible oceanfront mansion in Bridgehampton is yours for $34M

This gorgeous oceanfront estate is on 1.7 acres of land

A brand new oceanfront mansion at 67 Surfside Drive could be your Hamptons getaway, to the tune of $ 34 million.

The multimillion-dollar asking price will afford buyers a 9,495-square-foot main house, a separate studio for guests, 1.7 acres of land, and direct ocean frontage. The main house includes four ensuite bedrooms, hardwood floors, floor-to-ceiling windows, a double-height living room, and a wall of glass in the master suite that opens out to a private waterview deck.

Outside, there’s plenty of space to entertain, lounge, and dine. Homeowners will enjoy a gunite pool and spa, two grills, a gas pizza oven, two outdoor showers, a three-car garage, and an additional one-car garage.

The property is sited 2.5 miles south of Bridgehampton shops and restaurants.

Beate Moore from Sotheby’s International Realty represents the listing.

The Zillow price history claims that the property was purchased in 1993 for $ 3.3 million, and PropertyShark has the most recent purchase date in 1997 with a $ 1.9 million closing price listed. Sotheby’s could not confirm the purchase information.

What do our readers think of the asking price? Earlier this fall, the neighbor at 79 Surfside Drive—a 1.5-acre oceanfront property with a 1980s teardown—sold for $ 18.8 million quickly after listing for $ 21.5 million. Do you think $ 34 million is a fair asking price? Or do you think that it will need to be lower to entice a buyer? Tell us your thoughts in the comments.
